PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary appliance of a manual radioactive liquid dispensing apparatus capable of extremely easily performing various handling in a syringe shield and suppressing the exposure dose of a medical worker low by placing the syringe shield to which a syringe for a PET medicament is attached on a desk or the like in an erected state. SOLUTION: The auxiliary appliance is for setting the syringe for the PET medicament in the state of keeping a needle attached while keeping it set in the syringe shield and comprises a fitting recessed part formed at one end of the auxiliary appliance in order to fit a part of the syringe shield and a circular insertion part formed at the center of the fitting recessed part in order to insert the needle part of the syringe for the PET medicament set to the syringe shield.
