PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-pourable ultra-low molecular weight ethylene polymer which, in an adhesive prescription, is useful as a wax substitute, an ink modifying agent, an oil modifying agent, a viscosity modifying agent, a fiber processing aid, a sealant, a caulking agent, etc. SOLUTION: The non-pourable ultra-low molecular weight ethylene polymer has a number-average molecular weight of 11,000 or lower, a molecular weight distribution Mw/Mn of 1.5-2.5, and a longer lamella and a greater degree of crystalline structure than a corresponding higher molecular weight material at equivalent density.
