A pump driving module for a fuel cell is provided to allow application of the module to fuel pumps derived from various origins, and to optimize the quality of a pump even after the lapse of a long time. A pump driving module comprises: a pump controlling section(20) for generating pump on/off signals and a first and a second reference pulses; and a pump driving pulse generating section(30) for determining the frequency and duty ratio of pump driving pulses by combining the first and the second reference pulses according to a predetermined rule and for activating the pump driving pulses according to the pump on/off signals. The predetermined rule causes formation of the first reference pulse having two difference gaps based on the second reference pulse, thereby controlling the duty ratio of the pump driving pulses, and controls the frequency of the first reference pulse, thereby controlling the frequency of the pump driving pulses. |
