PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device which can prevent an illegal opening operation of doors and moreover, achieves an inexpensive manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A cabinet side unit 5 is provided with a receiving member 37 and a door side unit 6 is provided with a support roller 38 which is supported by the receiving member 37 when the door 3 is turned to a closing position. A lower hook member 14 is provided with an inclined plate part 14g through which the support roller 38 passes after the lower hook member 14 is moved to the releasing position from the locking position by bumping the support roller 38 when the door 3 is turned to close. A bumping part 14h is provided at the end part of the inclined plate part 14g on the inner side of a cabinet 2 to block the turning of the door 3 to close bumping the support roller 38 when the door 3 is turned to open from the closing position with the lower hook member 14 located at the locking position.
