INK JET PRINTHEAD AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet print head and a method of manufacturing it in a simplified process. SOLUTION: The ink jet printhead includes a substrate 110 through which an ink feeding hole 111 to supply ink is formed, a chamber layer 120 stacked above the substrate with a plurality of ink chambers 122 formed and filled with ink supplied from the ink feeding hole and a nozzle layer 130 stacked on the chamber layer wherein a plurality of nozzles 132 through which ink is ejected and a plurality of via holes 135 are formed in the nozzle layer. The ink feeding hole is formed by penetrating the substrate and the nozzles are formed by penetrating the nozzle layer, respectively.
