PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral die capable of obtaining a double-layer laminated tube resin with good uniform quality by equally distributing a plurality of inflow molten resins to the periphery of the die and applicable to a variety of molten resins and extrusion condition. SOLUTION: The main body 1 of the die has a mandrel 2, as an inner cylinder which has an inflow port 31a for a molten resin from above and forms an inner resin layer and a die cylinder part 1b, as an outer cylinder, which has an inflow port 32a for a molten resin from the side and forms an outer resin layer. In addition, a cylindrical rotator 5 for simultaneously equalizing both inner/outer resin layers, is rotatably fitted between the mandrel 2 and the die cylinder part 1b. A spiral groove 3a to be connected with the inflow port 31a opened from above is circumferentially formed on the outer surface of the mandrel 2, and a spiral groove 3b for the outer layer to be connected with the inflow port 32a from the side, is internally formed on the inner surface of the mandrel 2. Besides, both inner/outer resin layers become confluent at the apex part 5d of the cylindrical rotator 5 to make the two-layer laminated tube resin available. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
