A longitude and latitude generating means (134) generates longitude and latitude data (111) of each place designated by the mobile input device (4) that can be used in the navigation system (1). An order generating means makes order data (112) designated by an electronic pen (4) correspond to the longitude and latitude data (111) of each place. A guiding route searching means (132) generates a guiding route to visit a plurality of visiting places by a plurality of the longitude and latitude data (111) under an order in accordance with the order data (112) or checks that searching is carried out for a guide route under the order by an order correctable display prior to the searching.</p>
