PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control device capable of inexpensively and easily installing a lighting system lit when an elevator is stopped on a floor on which the elevator is not normally stopped by earthquake emergency operation. SOLUTION: In the elevator control device 1, a predetermined floor of a building is set as the floor 3b on which the elevator is not normally stopped, and an elevator earthquake emergency operation device for stopping a car on the nearest floor to make the elevator in the halt state when a seismic sensor 5 provided in the building detects predetermined shaking is provided. The elevator control device 1 is provided with a sensor light 6 provided on the floor 3b on which the elevator is not normally stopped and turning on the light by detecting the movement of objects within a predetermined range and with a sensor light power source supply circuit 7 enabling lighting of the sensor light 6 by the actuation of the earthquake emergency operation.
