PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly detach a blade and the like for a tool, and to surely grip the blade at the time of mounting the tool simultaneously without damaging a tool bag, so as to make the blade safe, even when the blade and the like are detached and inserted frequently in an operation of an interior construction and the like. SOLUTION: A belt-like thin plate intermediate part having elasticity is bent into a front side wall 2 and a rear side wall 3, and inner faces of both of the front and rear side walls 2, 3 near a bent part 4 are pressure welded with each other by elasticity so as to form gripping parts 5, 6. Portions near tops of both of the side walls 2, 3 are gradually enlarged outward to form introduction parts 7, 8, and a top end 9 of the front side wall 2 is further bent outward so as to be detached from and attached to a pocket edge 11.
