An apparatus for stabilizing a behavior of occupant in a vehicle is provided to alleviate uncomfortable feeling of the occupant due to a forward deviation by allowing a seat to move in opposition to a behavior of the vehicle when a nose-down occurs in a sudden stop operation of the vehicle. An apparatus for stabilizing a behavior of occupant in a vehicle comprises a braking detecting sensor, a controller unit(1), a rear operation member(20) and a front operation member(10). The controller unit includes a first controller(2) and a second controller(3) that receive signals from the braking determination sensor and generates an independent control signal. The rear operation member allows a rear side of a seat(S) to be inclined. The front operation member allows a front side of the seat to follow the movement of the seat performed by the rear operation member. |
