PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for a dialysis treatment, whereby the safety during the dialysis treatment can be elevated and the disinfection operation can be easily automated, and a disinfection method thereof. SOLUTION: In the system for a dialysis treatment having a purified-water producing unit 1 by which purified water can be produced, a receiver unit 2 to which the purified water produced in the purified water producing unit 1 is supplied and in which a dialysis fluid having definite concentration or a stock solution for dialysis can be prepared by using the purified water, and a water supplying channel L5 for supplying the purified water produced in the purified-water producing unit 1 to the receiver unit 2, the purified water-producing unit 1 has a hot disinfectant solution preparing means for preparing a hot disinfectant solution and the hot disinfectant solution prepared by the hot disinfectant solution preparing means is supplied to the receiver unit 2 via the water supplying channel L5.
