PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition having improved dripping property when burning a thermoplastic material and excellent in flame retardance and color tone. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition comprises a silicone-based compound containing at least structural unit represented by formula RSiO1.5(R is an organic group) and a compound having an imide structure and further contains 1.0-10 wt.% titanium oxide particles.
