<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function capable of referring the same document in a plurality of folders by a simple definition, and a function capable of displaying virtually a model of folder structure. <P>SOLUTION: The master folder, the folder hierarchically equal or lower than the folder, and the document registered in the folders are displayed transmittedly in the slave folder, by defining the succession of an object direction among the plurality of folders.
