PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the risk of attribute information leakage in receiving the provision of a service using user attribute information by a service providing server. SOLUTION: An attribute use approval system comprises the service providing server 30 for providing a service, a first user terminal 10 for receiving the provided service, and a second user terminal 20 connected by a highly reliable communication path to the service providing server 30, and the service providing server 30 comprises an ID management DB for managing user attribute information. When receiving a service request from the user terminal 10, the service providing server 30 sends to the user terminal 20 items of user attribute information necessary for the service provision and registration information representing whether or not attribute information on the items has been registered in the ID management DB. Upon receiving use approval from the user terminal 20, the service providing server 30 provides the service for the user terminal 10 according to the attribute information whose use has been approved.
