<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope which enables the accurate and handy marking of a site to be observed. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscope has an inserting part with a forceps channel 23 which is insertable into a body cavity. The inserting part is provided with the distal end part 18 of the endoscope; a camera unit 27 for observation of normal magnifying power is built in the destal end part 18 and a high magnifying power observation probe which keeps a camera unit 39 for observation of a high magnifying power, a light guide 43 and a marker supplying device 44 disposed at its tip part 35 is inserted through the forceps channel 23. When the observation of a high magnifying power and a marking are carried out for a site 17a of interest in the observation 17, the tip part 35 is made to stick out by a prescribed distance from the destal end part 18 of the endoscope to be brought into contact with the surface of the site 17a of interest. Under the contact state, the high magnifying power observation by the camera unit 39 is carried out and furthermore, a marker is delivered from a delivery port of a marker supply pipeline 44, thereby accomplishing the marking near the site 17a of interest. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
