<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of underflow in a case of streaming transfer, and simultaneously make it possible to offer users high quality music. <P>SOLUTION: In a digital portable telephone set with a camera which is applicable as an information processing apparatus, a frame cut out unit 82 cuts out audio data in a frame unit according to the codec system, a packet creation unit 86 creates a RTP (real time transport protocol) packet based on the audio data of the frame unit, a buffer after packetizing 87 holds the created RTP packet, a packet transmission unit 89 stores the RTP packet in a base band packet and transmits to a headset, a streaming transfer management unit 90 discriminates whether the RTP packet is stored in the buffer after packetizing 87, and a transmission stop control unit 93 makes a control to temporarily stop transmission of the RTP packet in the packet transmission unit 89. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
