PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light accumulation panel capable of increasing the thickness of a light accumulation layer and the density of a light accumulation agent without damaging the absorption efficiency of light energy and hard to stain. SOLUTION: The light accumulation panel 1 is constituted by filling a large number of cavities 3, which are formed to one side of a substrate 2 made of a synthetic resin rich in light transmittance with a light accumulation substance 4, which is prepared by mixing a fine powdery light accumulation agent with a transparent medium changed from a liquid state to a solid state, to solidify the light accumulation substance 4 and the cavities have a spot-like or linear shape to be dispersed and arranged on one side of the substrate in uniform density.
