The system has heat exchanger lines (2) arranged in heat exchanger loops (2.1-2.6). The heat exchanger loop comprises heat carriers placed in a traffic area construction that is provided with connections to heat accumulators. The traffic area is divided into heat exchanger regions (1.1-1.8) of different functional importance, where different heat exchanger regions are equipped with different heat exchanger loops. The heat exchanger regions differ by a change of density of the heat exchanger loops per unit area.
