<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical communication technology for keeping the light emission luminance of a mobile unit (terminal) and an illumination light communication apparatus to a necessity minimum in order to form a proper and efficient optical system between the mobile unit and lighting fixtures. <P>SOLUTION: In an illumination light communication system comprising the illumination light communication apparatus (100) and the terminal (200), the illumination light communication apparatus includes: an illumination section (110, LED-DWN) for emitting illumination light superimposed with information and allocated to each of time division time slots; and a pilot light emission section (120, PL) for emitting pilot light denoting each timing of the time slots. The terminal is provided with: a light receiving means (210, PD2) for receiving the pilot light; a storage means (240) for storing a reference light receiving level that is to be a reference of the light receiving level of the pilot light; and a light emitting means (220, LED-UP) for emitting instruction light for instructing the illumination light communication apparatus to adjust the luminance of the pilot light on the basis of the received pilot light emitted from the illumination light communication apparatus and the reference light receiving level stored in the storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
