PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an on-vehicle antenna device which dispenses with complicated works for electrically connecting a radiation conductor provided on a glass face of a vehicle to a circuit board supported by a housing thereby easily enabling the assembling cost thereof to be reduced and having improved antenna characteristic. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle antenna device 1 is provided with: the radiation conductor 2 directly patterned on the glass face 52 of the vehicle; a base plate 5 fixed to the glass face 52; a frame body 6 fixed to the base plate 5 by means of screws; a feeding board 7 and the circuit board 8 contained and held in the frame body 6; and a connection small board 9 for electrically connecting both boards 7, 8, and a pattern forming face 7a of the feeding board 7 is approached and opposed to the glass face 52 to attain indirect feeding. When assembling both boards 7, 8 into the frame body 6, one end of the connection small board 9 is inserted into a connection hole 7b and a board extension part 9a of the other end side is inserted into a connection hole 8c, and thereafter an easily cut part 9b is cut off to remove the board extension part 9a.
