ULTRASONIC CLEANING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cleaning device which conduct the cleaning by ultrasonic cavitation using flowing water without using a water tank. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic cleaning device is provided with a focusing plate 3 to focus the ultrasonic vibration oscillated from an ultrasonic oscillator 2 to a washing liquid supplied from a washing liquid supply pipe 1 from on a washing liquid jetted from a jetting port 5 and an ultrasonic oscillating device 6 to vibrate the ultrasonic oscillator 2 wherein the focusing plate 3 is arranged at the vibration transmitting side of the ultrasonic oscillator 2 and formed in a concave surface-like shape and wherein the washing liquid supply pipe 1 is installed so that the washing liquid is supplied to the same direction as the transmission direction of ultrasonic wave.
