The invention concerns a self-adjustable cylindrical telescopic device for extensible support with two or more levels and capable of being locked at each of the extending positions. The extensible support telescopic device, with two or more levels, the extension of which is achieved, at the different high levels, by being supported on at least one projecting vertical stop on the female part (2), on one of the support bases or steps (8<SUB>a</SUB>, 8<SUB>b</SUB>,... 8<SUB>n</SUB>) projecting on a male part (1), the selection of one base or one step being determined by the position of a guide-finger (6), secured to the female part (2) and moving inside a guiding system based on at least one cam profile, provided at the periphery of the male part (1) and in which the male part (1) is arranged to be hollow, the support surfaces (8<SUB>a</SUB>, 8<SUB>b</SUB>,... 8<SUB>n</SUB>), projecting on the male part (1) being arranged in said hollow part, internally to the cylinder defined by its inner periphery and the, or at least one, projecting vertical stop (26) being arranged on the inner horizontal surface of the female part (2) and being designed so as to be also internally inscribed in the same hollow cylinder internal to the male part, parallel to the axis thereof.
