摘要 An apparatus for measuring wave length and power of a light are provided to prevent errors occurring in selecting waves manually by measuring wave length and power of an optical source automatically. An apparatus for measuring wave length and power of a light comprises a main optical detector(30), at least one optical filter(11), at least one auxiliary optical detector(21), a wave length discriminating unit(50), and an optical measuring unit(60). The main optical detector senses power of a light projected by an optical source and outputs a signal. The optical filter transmits a light corresponding to a transmitting wave selected among the lights projected by the optical source. The auxiliary optical detector detects the power of the light from the optical filter to output a signal corresponding to the power of the light, and is positioned in the opposite side of the optical filter. The wave length discriminating unit discriminates the wave length of the light source based on the signal output by the auxiliary optical detector. The optical measuring unit measures power of the optical source based on the signal output by the main optical detector. The optical measuring unit corrects the signal output by the main optical detector according to the wave length discriminated by the wave length discriminating unit, and measures the power of the optical source based on the corrected signal.
