A structure for eliminating condensed water of an evaporator by using a cooling water tube is provided to prevent accumulation of condensed water on the evaporator to reinforce the durability of the evaporator and prevent corrosion of vehicle members. A structure for eliminating condensed water of an evaporator(12) uses a cooling tube(16). The cooling tube is extended from a heater core(14) to the outside. A control door(20) is installed rotatably at a place close to the cooling tube. The control door is placed at a first position interrupting the heater core and the evaporator when an air conditioner is operating. The control door is placed at a second position not interrupting the heater core and the evaporator when the air conditioner is not operating.
