A drill bit, the drill bit comprising: a bit body; a plurality of rotatable elements attached to the bit body and able to rotate with respect to the bit body; and at least seven cutting elements generally arranged in a row on at least one of the rotatable elements with spaces disposed between adjacent ones of the at least seven cutting elements, the spaces identifiable in at least two groups comprising a first group of contiguous spaces all substantially the same in measurement, and a second group of spaces comprising all spaces other than those spaces in said first group, each of said contiguous spaces in said first group being at least 10% larger than the majority of the spaces in said second group, the quantity of the spaces in the first group being at least 25% but not more than 75% of all of the spaces in said row.
