A system for supplying heating water and hot water by using solar heat is provided to compulsorily circulating a thermal medium which has circulated a use space by using a circulation pump. A system for supplying space heating water and hot water by using solar energy includes a solar heat boiler, a pipe(3), a first circulation pump(35), and a second circulation pump(36). The pipe consists of a water supply pipe(31), a return pipe and a hot water supply pipe(32). The first circulation pump is installed on one side of the return pipe to forcedly circulate the space heating water to the solar energy boiler. The second circulation pump is provided on one side of the water supply pipe to forcedly circulate the heat transfer fluid to the solar energy boiler.
