PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent heat resistance and abrasion resistance in a contact part with a body to be sealed and, on the other hand, hold low rigidity in other parts and ensure followability to the surface of the body to be sealed and sealability in other parts in a sealing member in contact with the body to be sealed for keeping airtightness. SOLUTION: The sealing member 21 is composed of a composite material 43 in which ceramic components 42a and 42b are added to a resin component 41. The ceramic component 42a in a sintered state is dispersed in the resin component 41 in the contact part 21a of the surface of the sealing member 21 with the body to be sealed. In the other body part 21b, the component 42b in an un-sintered state is dispersed in the resin component 41.
