PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of reducing pressure losses of a ventilation system, preventing any thermal effect from a heat exchanger side for heating, and adjusting the blow-off air temperature. SOLUTION: An auxiliary door 20 for opening/closing a flow passage of air passing through a heater core 13 is provided between an evaporator 12 and the heater core 13. The auxiliary door 20 is closed for the air passing through the heater core 13 when an air mix door 16 is on the maximum cooling side, while the auxiliary door is fully opened for the air passing through the heater core 13 when the air mix door 16 is on the maximum heating side.
