FIELD: oil production, particularly drilling rods or pipes, flexible drill strings, kellies, drill collars, sucker rods, casings and tubings. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises mounting case 1 having arch-shaped cross-section and provided with protective projections 2, 3, which enclose flow string 7 and power cable 8 adjoining the flow string. Device also has locking members 4, 5, which connect free ends of mounting case 1. Protective projections 2, 3 extend along mounting case 1 length and are formed on outer surface thereof or on outer and inner mounting case 1 surfaces so that they may touch inner production string 6 surface or inner and outer production string 6 surfaces correspondingly in several points during device operation inside well. ^ EFFECT: provision of equal thermal resistance parameters of well fluid between inner flow string surface and inner surface of production string along power cable length, simultaneous above parameter increase during well fluid heating. ^ 13 cl, 7 dwg, 1 tbl |
