PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device for cutting and removing a small quantity of an internal tissue for biopsy sampling or other purposes. SOLUTION: The version of the device comprises a hollow probe with a distal end for puncture, a tissue storage opening and a decompression inner lumen; a cutter inside the probe with a cutting edge to pass through the tissue storage opening; and a cutter driving mechanism. The cutter used in the version may include an inclined cutting distal end and a cutting edge with a recessed grinding part. The version of the device may also include a sucker connected so that a fluid flows into the decompression inner lumen, the systematic action of the sucker and the cutter driving mechanism, and a fluid management system.
