<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a document management device can not be simply set so as to perform appropriate processing according to a browsing state of a document file, in the conventional technology. <P>SOLUTION: A presentation part 700 executes desired macro preset in a macro setting part 400 based on an instruction of a macro execution part 500. The execution of the macro is triggered when it is determined that conditions for macro execution stored in a macro storage part 250 are satisfied in a browsing detection part 300 which detects browsing a document.
