PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably install an injection and exhaust pipe for adhesion construction method, wherein sealing is executed around a reinforcement material such as a steel plate or the like fixed outside of a construction of concrete or the like and an adhesive is injected into a clearance between the both, without blocking the pipe by a sealing agent. SOLUTION: Insertion pieces 5 having a larger width than a diameter of a pipe body 1 are projected from an upper and a lower tip ends 2 in parallel to each other. Also, wing pieces 6 are projected from right and left side of the tip ends 2 of the pipe body 1 at right angle with respect to a projecting direction of the insertion piece 5.
