PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building plate curving and forming machine capable of neatly curving and forming a building plate having long and relatively high ridge portions on both sides thereof in an adequate radius of curvature. SOLUTION: The building plate curving and forming machine for curving and forming a long building plate P having a connection bent part 102 on both sides in the width direction of a main plate 100 along the longitudinal direction comprises a main forming roll 1 having an unevenness forming surface part 11 for forming a ripple-shaped waveform part 100w on the main plate 100 on its outer circumference, and a formed roll 5 having an elastic forming surface part 51 for holding the main plate 100 together with the main forming roll 1 on its outer circumference. The elastic forming surface part 51 of the formed roll 5 is repulsive.
