<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing pump device and a fuel cell having this mixing pump device, capable of supplying a plurality of fluids with mixed in the predetermined ratio, even if an operation stage of a pump is not detected. <P>SOLUTION: This mixing pump device 1 can suck the plurality of fluids in a pump room 2 in the predetermined ratio, only by successively opening and closing an active valve 5 arranged in an inflow passage 3, by putting an active valve 6 arranged in an outflow passage 4 in a closing state, while a stepping motor 12 is rotating in one direction, regardless of a position of a valve element 17, and can deliver a mixed fluid from the pump room 2, only by putting the active valve 6 arranged in the outflow passage 4 in an opening state, by putting the active valve 5 arranged in the inflow passage 3 in a closing state, while the stepping motor 12 is rotating in the other direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
