PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure quickly and simply a spectral intensity spectrum at each position relative to a spectroscopic object distributed two-dimensionally. SOLUTION: A variable-color filter capable of changing a spectrum by an external signal is installed on an optical path from the spectroscopic object to a light receiving element, and the spectroscopic object is imaged, while changing the spectrum of the variable-color filter, and the spectral intensity spectrum of light reaching the light receiving element is determined by operation processing from a series of light receiving intensity data acquired by each light receiving element on an imaging element, spectrum information of the variable-color filter preserved beforehand in a data processing part, and information of a light receiving intensity spectrum of the light receiving element.
