PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an inkjet head which can facilitate control of jetting of ink liquid droplets in the inkjet head that carries out recording with a pigment-based ink and a dye-based ink. SOLUTION: Throttling part sizes of throttling parts 34b are made the same at the pigment-based ink side and the dye-based ink side, thereby making passage resistances at the throttling parts 34b approximately the same. Even when a pressure chamber length and a nozzle diameter change between the pigment-based ink side and the dye-based ink side, variation of jetting characteristics can be made approximately the same, and control of jetting of both can be made common. A liquid droplet volume of the pigment-based ink can be increased more than that of the dye-based ink by making the pressure chamber length L1 of the pigment-based ink side longer than that of the dye-based ink side, and making the nozzle diameter D1 of the pigment-based ink side larger than the nozzle diameter D2 of the dye-based ink side.
