PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a foundation pile, which can inexpensively reinforce a pile head part in a relatively easy manner. SOLUTION: A hollow pile 30 filled with cement milk is erected in an excavated hole 40 by various types of known buried-pile construction methods employing a hollow prefabricated pile (Fig. 11 (A)). When slime and the cement milk, existing in the hollow space 32 of the hollow pile 30, are in a liquid or gel state, the slime and/or the cement milk in the hollow space 32 to an arbitrary depth are/is removed by using a removal vessel 10 etc.; an in-pile lid body 74 is arranged on the bottom of the hollow space 32 which is produced by the removal of the slime and/or the cement milk; and freshly mixed concrete is infilled on the in-pile lid body 74.
