<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of efficiently recovering catalyst activity of a reforming catalyst. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell system 10 is provided with: a reforming part 25 for producing a hydrogen-containing gas from a reforming material containing a sulfur component by using the reforming catalyst 28; a fuel cell 12 for producing water on the side of a cathode electrode 18 while generating power by consuming hydrogen in the hydrogen-containing gas; and a steam supply line 44 for supplying a cathode off-gas discharged from the cathode electrode 12 to the reforming part 25. In the fuel cell system 10, by supplying the cathode off-gas to the reforming catalyst 28 by using the steam supply line 44 when the reforming catalyst 28 is poisoned by sulfur, a recovery process for recovering the activity of the reforming catalyst 28 is executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
