PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a reinforcing structure by a ground improvement and a drainage structure for securing drainage of a ground surface by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A drainage ditch 3 is formed on an upper surface 1a of a ground improvement body 1 formed by improving a surface layer part of the ground and expanding in a substantially horizontal plane. A water permeable layer composed of at least any of a water permeable pavement material, concrete, a tile, a sediment and crushed stones, is arranged on the upper side of the ground improvement body 1. Water soaking into the water permeable layer from the ground surface by a rainfall or water sprinkling, is drained from a catchment part 4 by collecting to the catchment part 4 of a predetermined place of the ground improvement body 1 from the drainage ditch 3. Due to being a constitution for forming the drainage ditch 3 on the upper surface 1a of the ground improvement body 1 buried in the ground, there is no need to lay the drainage ditch on the ground surface such as a parking garage, a park, a playground or a road, and there is no need to arranged a ground surface gradient.
