摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adhering a protective coating on a gas turbine constituent element. <P>SOLUTION: The method for forming the metal coating on the surface of an internal passage of a turbine component 40 includes the steps of: applying a nickel aluminum bond coating on the outer surface of the turbine component 40 (S102); disposing the turbine component 40 in a VPA chamber 88 (S104); connecting a gas manifold to at least one internal passage inlet (S106); and coating at least a part of the inner surface and the outer surface of the turbine component 40 by vapor phase aluminiding treatment for forming the coating on the inner surface of the turbine component 40 by using a metal coating gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
