A method for distribution of programs which support execution flow measurement and verification is provided to enable a program producer safely to distribute a program operated in the target program of a program user normally registered. A method for distribution of programs which support execution flow measurement and verification comprises the following steps of: making a target platform; generating a program operated in the target platform; binding execution flow verification information with the target platform; including the bound execution flow verification information in the program; and distributing the program.
