PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unitarily perform order reception, process management and business management in a repair factory.

SOLUTION: This vehicle repair work management device has: an index determination part 22 for determining a work index corresponding to a work type inputted by a work type input part 12 in reference to a work index table 32; a standard work fee calculation part 24 for multiplying the work index determined by the index determination part 22 by a price per the work index to calculate a standard work fee; a unit time work fee designation part 16 designating a work fee per unit time of a worker; an actual work time input part 18 inputting identification information of the worker performing work and an actual work time performed by the worker in each the work kind; an actual work fee calculation part 26 for multiplying the work fee per the unit time by the actual work time inputted by the actual work time input part 18 to calculate an actually required actual work fee; and a profit and loss calculation part 28 calculating a difference between the standard work fee calculated by the standard work fee calculation part 24 and the actual work fee calculated by the actual work fee calculation part 26.
