<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually/intuitively get evaluation of an irregular degree on a screen. <P>SOLUTION: Coordinates of an irregular land on an xy plane are recorded, an equal-area rectangle having an area equal to the irregular land, and having a shape, a position, and an angle wherein an overlap with the irregular land becomes maximum is generated on the xy plane, and coordinates of the equal-area rectangle on the xy plane are recorded. An area of a residual land portion that is a residual portion except an overlapping portion of the irregular land and the equal-area rectangle inside an outer outline of a portion wherein two sides are merged when the overlapping portion of the irregular land and the equal-area rectangle becomes maximum on the xy plane is found, and a residual land ratio of the area of the residual land portion to an area of the irregular land, i.e., an area of the equal-area rectangle is found. A state that the equal-area rectangle and the irregular land are virtually overlapped such that the overlapping portion of them becomes maximum is displayed on a display in a state that each outline and/or each inside of the equal-area rectangle and the irregular land is colored by a different color. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
