<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation type carbon dioxide fixation system which consists of a process for treating a waste gas and an incineration ash discharged from an incinerator. <P>SOLUTION: The circulation type carbon dioxide fixation system consists of the first process for removing soot dust, sulfur oxide and nitrogen oxide in a combustion waste gas, the second process for carrying out a gas/liquid contact of the waste gas of the first process and an aqueous NaOH solution using a leakage plate tower to fix CO<SB>2</SB>as Na<SB>2</SB>CO<SB>3</SB>, the third process for caustifying the aqueous Na<SB>2</SB>CO<SB>3</SB>solution produced in the second process to form a CaCO<SB>3</SB>composition and the aqueous NaOH solution, the fourth process for separating the product of the third process using a solid/liquid separation apparatus and recycling the aqueous NaOH solution to the second process, and the fifth process for kneading the CaCO<SB>3</SB>composition separated to be recovered in the fourth process with water to mold process to a block shaped molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
