<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a copy control information into a packet as a common format independent of the format of contents, and to securely use the information. <P>SOLUTION: PCP (Protected Content Packet)-CCI (Copy Control Information) is described using a high-order 8 bits of a nonce information field within a conventional PCP header, and nonce N<SB>c</SB>is written in the remaining low-order 56 bits. The PCP-CCI consists of an output control information such as APS (Analog Protection System) about analogue output control and ICT (Image Constraint Token) about picture size at outputting, mode information in which validity of a field is described, and SE (Substitute for Embedded CCI) information about substitutability of normal copy control information written in a header part and that embedded under normal condition in a payload part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
