PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-supply pad free from water leakage during transportation, improving in characteristics of cardboard case transportation, and facilitating waste disposal at a flowering plant shop or the like. SOLUTION: The water-supply pad for transportation of flowering plants 1 is brought into contact with the root and stem part of a flowering plant when transporting the flowering plant to be nursed via water retention. The water-supply pad 1 is obtained through putting a water-retentive material 5 to be moistend prior to transportation between a water-impermeable back sheet 3 and a top sheet 4, and putting a cushion layer 2 between the water-retentive material 5 and the water-impermeable back sheet 3.
