PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem in a refrigerator with a freezer making ice of a suitable size wherein a water supply amount is constant in an automatic ice maker of a type changing size of ice by exchanging ice trays, but there is a constraint in designing of the ice trays of "to favorably carry out ice making of a large size and to favorably carry out ice making of a small size also by the same water supply amount in both ice trays". SOLUTION: In the refrigerator with the freezer with removable ice trays for the automatic ice maker, the ice tray attached to the automatic ice maker is identified. Alternatively, in the refrigerator with the freezer with removable ice trays for the automatic ice maker, the ice tray attached to the automatic ice maker is identified, and the water supply amount is controlled in response to the attached ice tray.
