A data driving circuit, an organic light emitting display using the same, and a driving method thereof are provided to minimize the number of wires required to transmit data by supplying data of sampling and holding latches positioned at the upper end through sampling and holding latches disposed at the lower end, thereby reducing the volume of the data driving circuit. A data driving circuit includes plural shift registers(121a~121d) generating first sampling signals(SP1) in order; sampling latches(122a~122c,122b~122d) positioned at upper and lower ends to receive data in order when the first sampling signals are supplied; and holding latches(123a~123c,123b~123d) controlled by first and second source output enable signals(SOE1,SOE2) to receive the data stored in the sampling latches. The data stored in the upper sampling latch is supplied to the holding latch through the lower sampling latch.
