A voltage converting device and a display device having the same are provided to prevent an output signal from being changed when the temperature is higher than an atmospheric temperature by compensating the temperature of the output signal at a low-temperature atmosphere. A voltage converting device includes a transformation module(510), a divider(520), a temperature compensator(540), and a mode controller(530). The transformation module compares a first feedback signal with a reference signal in a first driving mode, compares a second feedback signal with the reference signal in a second driving mode, and controls an output signal. The divider divides the output signal to output a first feedback signal. The temperature compensator controls the voltage level of the first feedback signal and outputs the second feedback signal. The mode controller supplies the first feedback signal to the transformation module in the first driving mode and supplies the second feedback signal to the temperature compensator in the second driving mode.
