PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an openable/closable type mini-table utilized at a rear seat of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In the table half-opened from a back plate of the table through a hinge, a hook is provided on an upper part of the back plate of the table and a foldable type ring-like drink holder is provided on an inner side of the back plate of the table. A mirror and a glove compartment are provided on the back plate of the table. Both sides of the back plate of the table and both sides of the table are connected by an opposed band-like table supports. The table is opened at an approximately right angle relative to the back plate of the table and the table is used such that a drink and an article are placed on the table.
